quick-fixYou see ads all over the place claiming quick weight loss. The truth is there is no healthy way to lose 20 pounds in 30 days. Living a healthy lifestyle, losing weight, and keep the weight off takes time and discipline. However, it really is easier than it seems. One of the most common mistakes to dieting is missing meals. It is, actually, one of the worst things you could do. Instead of skipping meals, you should eat five small meals a day. This is a healthy and balanced diet. Along with eating healthy, you must exercise. We are not talking hours and hours a day. If you do 30 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week, you should start to notice a difference.

Unfortunately, weight loss is chalked to more than just eating right and working out. It, also, depends on what type of body you have. There are three types of bodies: ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph. Ecotmorphs have short torsos with long arms and legs and long, thin muscles. Mesomorphs have long torsos and chests with a solid muscle structure. It is easier for this body type to gain muscle. Endomorphs have wide hips and a round face. This body type gains and stores body fat quite easily. Body types come into play because of metabolism. Metabolism is key in burning calories. Endomorphs have a harder time burning calories than the other two types. However, on a lighter note, once your body type begins to change, so will your metabolism. No matter what your body type, though, it is almost impossible to lose 20 pounds in 30 days in a healthy way and keep the weight loss off.

Fat burners can help kick off the weight loss process but they are never to be used as a quick fix. Weight loss is a process of establishing a healthy way of eating and an exercise regime. Doing these two things are not the hard part of weight loss. The hard part of weight loss is sticking with the routine and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life. You may not have wanted your 20 pounds in 30 days theory to be disproved but you have to focus on your ultimate goal, losing weight and keeping it off.
